Jennifer Farmer
Jennifer Farmer (President) was elected to the Board of Education in November, 2003. She has been a resident of Manitou Springs for thirteen years. Her children attend Manitou Springs Middle School and Manitou Springs Elementary School. Since Jennifer’s background is in mechanical, automotive and industrial engineering, she is “keenly aware of the ever increasing pace of change.” She believes that “our children need to survive in an age where change is the norm” and our children must “become lifelong learners passionate about education.”

Anna Hotson Lord
Anna Hotson Lord was elected to the Board of Education in November, 2003 and elected to the Colorado Association of School Boards Board of Directors in December of 2005. Residing in Green Mountain Falls, she has lived in District 14 at various times as a child, a young adult, and for the past seven years as a parent of three children who are enrolled in Manitou Springs High School, Manitou Springs Middle School and Ute Pass Elementary School. She has a degree in finance from UCCS and has worked for N.A.S.A. and the Department of Defense. She has devoted a great deal of energy to providing her children with “the best educational experience they could have” and came to realize that as a Board member she could have a positive effect on the education of many children, not just her own. She is optimistic that her efforts “can positively impact every child in our District.”

Glenn Noufer
Glenn Noufer was elected to the Board of Education in November 2007. Glenn’s daughters attended UPE, MSMS and MSHS. Glenn’s background in product development with small local to large global firms, has impressed upon him the value of diversity in all it’s aspects and holds this to be one of Manitou’s strengths. He believes that for students to master the rigor required to be successful in an increasingly interconnected and yet diverse world, they must also learn about themselves through the development of strong relationships – one of the three principles upon which Manitou bases it’s learning systems.

Molly Stevens
Molly Stevens (Treasurer) was elected to the Board of Education in November, 2009. She has been a resident of Green Mountain Falls for thirteen years. Her children attend Ute Pass Elementary School. Molly has a business degree from Indiana University and has worked as an elementary education teacher and in human resources in the education sector. She came into public education through Teach For America, and has long held the belief that “all children should have access to an excellent education”. She has seen that the teachers and staff in the Manitou Springs School District 14 work very hard to ensure that all children are achieving and growing, and receiving that “excellent education”.

He also is a member of Manitou Springs Volunteer Fire Department since 2004 and is involved in Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Manitou Springs Golf Committee and coaches golf for the boy’s and girl’s middle school golf programs since 2002. Gino has two children attending Manitou Schools since Kindergarten, one is a seventh grader and other is a Senior and about to graduate. Gino received his Bachelors of Science Degree in International Trade from Texas Tech University. He is currently a self employed roofing contractor.
